EAL includes team-building exercises that can help your staff improve your connectedness. We encourage you to consider setting goals, collectively and personally prior participating.

Plan for 2-3 hours to complete 2-3 EAL activities and engage in group discussions with your team and facilitators.

We accommodate groups of 6 to 12 participants. Please contact us for larger groups, 423.462.5442.

Our EAL facilitators including licensed therapists will work together with your leadership and staff to meet your goals.

No prior horse experience or knowledge is required to participate. All activities are ground-based.

The cost is $800 for 6-12 participants. Additional donations are welcome.
