MISSION
Our mission is to bring emotional healing and wholeness to individuals in vulnerable communities who are suffering from the effects of trauma through the intuitive nature of horses and access to care.
Our participants will walk in a greater level of freedom and into their very own shalom stories. VISION, The Shalom Story
OUR VALUES
We value healing and wholeness and are willing to come alongside others in their journey toward it, as modeled for us when Jesus left what was comfortable and came alongside us.
We value His ways over our own and will work together in an effort to not put Him or His ways into a box we can control or comprehend.
We value prayer and acknowledge the most effective thing we can do for those in our program and our participants is prayer.
We value faith that leads to action, knowing the Lord has good works created for us to do as His followers before He ever created us.
We value servant leadership, seeing Jesus’ example of washing His servants' feet as still applicable today.
We value grace. As people who have received great grace, we will strive to offer that same grace to those in our program and those we serve alongside.
We value the voice of God over the voice of man and acknowledge our ultimate allegiance is to Him.
We value honesty and transparency and will work together to make sure both our program and our organization are a safe place for both.
We value people, we will work together to remain people-focused and not project-focused. Our organization will grow out of listening to what our participants' needs are and praying about what we can do to meet those needs.
We value communication and will work toward communicating expectations and goals clearly, both within our organization, with our partners, and with our participants.
